Itinerary -
DAY 1 : AMBOSELI
AMBOSELI(Distance Ngorongoro - Nairobi Approx. 250 Km Driving Time - Approx. 4 Hours)
Arrive Nairobi's JKIA where our representative will meet you and later give you a
safari briefing before you depart for Amboseli to arrive in time for lunch and later
depart on an afternoon game drive. Dinner and Overnight at the Camp or Lodge in
Amboseli. (L & D)
DAY 2 : AMBOSELI
Full day in Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drive in this park known for
the large herds of elephant with the beautiful Mt. Kilimanjaro standing over 17,000
meters above sea level in the background. Hyenas, Lions zebras and wildebeest are
also found here. Arrive at Amboseli in the evening with a game drive en-route to
the lodge. Dinner and Overnight at the Camp or Lodge in Amboseli. (B, L & D)
DAY 3 : AMBOSELI / NGORONGORO
AMBOSELI / NGORONGORO(Approximate distance from Nairobi - 475 km Approximate driving time - 7 1⁄2 hrs)
Depart after breakfast and drive to Ngorongoro via Namanga Border. Lunch in
Arusha and continue through the rich farm lands of Karatu to arrive at the Lodge,
built on the crater rim in the evening. Relax at the hotel at leisure to enjoy the
scenery and view the crater from the lodge. Overnight at the Lodge in Ngorongoro.

DAY 4 : NGORONGORO
Breakfast and morning descent by four wheel drive vehicle into the crater for a full
day's game viewing. The awesome black mane lion is common in this area. The
lake in the Crater is home to thousands of flamingos that migrate along the Great
Rift Valley lakes. Elephant, buffalo and rhino all exist in much greater
concentrations here than anywhere else in Africa. A picnic lunch by the fresh water
springs before ascending the crater wall and returning to your lodge. Overnight at
the Lodgein Ngorongoro. (B, L & D)
DAY 5 : NGORONGORO / MANYARA
NGORONGORO / MANYARA(Approximate distance from Serengeti to Manyara - 75 km Approximate driving time - 2 hrs)
Depart Ngorongoro after breakfast and drive to Lake Manyara, arriving at the lodge
built on the escarpment of the Great Rift Valley for lunch and later depart for an
afternoon game drive in the Lake Manyara National Park in search for the tree
climbing lions. Large herds of giraffes, elephants and warthogs exist in this park.
Overnight at the Lodge or Hotel in Manyara. (B, L & D)
DAY 6 : MANYARA / NAIROBI
MANYARA / NAIROBI(Approximate distance from Manyara - 350 km Approximate driving time - 7 hrs)
Breakfast and drive to Arusha arriving in the early afternoon. Lunch in Arusha and
transfer to Nairobi to arrive in the evening. Overnight at the hotel in Nairobi.

DAY 7 : DEPART
DEPART(Approximate distance from the Hotel - 18 km Approximate driving time - 45min)
Breakfast and later transfer to the JKIA airport for your departure flight.(B)

Payment Policy :
- Booking amount required 100% amount of Flight Tickets & 50% amount of Land Package
- Rest 50% payment should be done before 20 days of your departure
Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellation charge of 25% of total amount on package ( except Flight )per person is applicable any time after the booking is confirmed.
- No refund, if cancellation is received less than 10 days before arrival.
- 50% of the total package amount is applicable, if cancellation is received between 11 - 20 days before arrival.
- 25% of the total package amount is applicable, if cancellation is received between 21 - 30 days before arrival.
- During COVID or any other pandemic situation the cancellation charges will be on sole discretion of the management and it will be decided on case to case basis.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the
- operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
- Cancellation Policy for Air Ticket depends on the Airlines policy
Terms & Conditions :
- Kindly note hotels are not equipped to provide Indian items in their breakfast and they would try the same.
- In case any guest requires Indian Items during the breakfast there would be additional charges applicable.
- Strictly NO Refund for any un-utilized services once booking is confirmed.
- The above quote is strictly subject to availability of rooms at the time of booking.
- The quote is strictly applicable as mentioned above and changes will attract a deviation in the costs.
- This is only a quotation. We are not blocked/booked/holding any rooms/ restaurants and will be subject to availability at the time of booking, so rate can not be guaranteed with a late confirmation.
- In case there is an increase or decrease in the number of pax there would be a change in the costs.
- Remittance charges of USD 30 would be applicable per transaction.
